At Chumbak, we want you to love your home treasures; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible products within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item securely in its original box along with the invoice and all accessories to ensure it reaches us safely.

  Doorstep Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your address within 2-4 business days to collect the package after a quick quality check.

• 4.
  Instant Refund

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit.
