What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 15-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note that certain fragile items and customized furniture may have specific return conditions.
How do I care for my Chumbak ceramic and glass products?
To ensure longevity, we recommend hand-washing our hand-painted ceramics with mild detergent. Avoid abrasive scrubbers. Check the product description to see if your specific item is microwave or dishwasher safe.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India for orders below a certain value.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement or refund.
